August 2024 Updates

Enriched Dashboards

New functionality to personalise dashboard themes, simplify worker access and rapidly create new dashboards.

  • New configurable themes to apply to all dashboards for consistency
  • Rapid creation of new dashboards with a library of preset widgets and drag and drop functionality
  • Simplified worker interface with easy to follow quick access functions

Business Intelligence package

Implements a full suite of business intelligence / analytics and reporting capabilities, including customising and scheduling key reports

  • Create configurable reports for any supported data within the platform
  • Setup advanced filtering and custom data fields
  • Scheduled export of custom report and dashboards
  • Add configurable text to preset dashboard reports e.g. monthly board reports

Contractors V2

The contractor module has been upgraded to streamline contractor onboarding, further configure pre-qualification requirements and simplify for contractors

  • Streamlined registration and approval of contractors
  • Additional flexibility to manage configurable contractor requirements based on type, job risk and more
  • Improved interface for contractors to self-manage compliance requirements
  • Improved management of contractors across multiple sites

Risk Assessor V2

Risk assessor will receive a range of new features for greater configurability, reporting, access and workflows:

  • Ability to configure registers for each risk assessment type
  • Ability to setup dashboard reporting per risk assessment with enhanced analytics
  • Ability to generate QR codes for workers to access risk assessment records
  • Enhanced approvals workflows and signature processes

Project Management Plans

The upgraded project management plan module provides integration of real time project data, additional flexibility and enhanced reporting:

  • Flexible management of projects, including management of complex project hierarchies
  • Automatically integrate key project safety metrics such as incidents, hazards and SWMS conducted
  • Creation of flexible project safety management plan templates with configurable reporting options
  • Assign company resources to projects with ability to rapidly re-assign as required

Inductions V2

The inductions module has been upgraded with streamlined content creation and further enhance workflows and reporting   

  • Streamlined induction content creation for rapid creation of new inductions
  • Improved induction notifications and workflows
  • Improved induction reporting and analytics

Assets V2

The assets module will become more powerful and flexible for users managing asset safety to customise asset processes, streamline worker access and simplify usage.

  • Enhanced customisation options for asset prestart inspections including photo evidence and custom workflows
  • Streamlined register interface
  • Ability to bulk assign records for offline access
  • Ability to self manage QR codes for workers to access asset records and pre-starts

Rapid Chemical Mixtures

Provides tools to rapidly and effectively identify the potential hazards of mixed chemicals with a simple and convenient tool. The tool automatically:

  • Identifies and classifies hazards for chemical mixtures based on their percentages
  • Builds a pro-forma SDS for the mixture for review
  • Creates a label for the container of the chemical mixture
  • Generates a summary risk document for the chemical mixture

Simplified Menus

We have streamlined our menu, focusing on improved usability, accessibility, and efficiency.

  • Simplified, clear and concise menu
  • Intuitive menu structure with a logical hierarchy and module grouping
  • Improved accessibility to key functionality
  • Improved consistency across menus for greater efficiency

Simplified Employee Management

The new employee management process now ensures worker accessibility, accountability and ease of use through:

  • Ability to provision access for workers across multiple sites

Notifications Feed

The notifications feed ensures greater transparency and accountability within the organisation.

  • Administrators can easily check who was notified of what and when it was sent
  • Staff can view and check all notifications sent to them in app

Guided Walkthroughs

WHS Monitor guided feature tours improve worker engagement and simplify training / rollout.
