GAP ANALYSIS COMPETITION T&C’s

  1. Introduction

1.1. The promoter of this giveaway is Arventa Pty Ltd, located at 3/9 McKay st Turner, ACT, 2612 (the “Promoter”).

1.2. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3. The giveaway is open to Australian businesses who are not directly or indirectly in competition with Arventa Pty Ltd.

 

  1. Giveaway Details

2.1. The giveaway offers up to 5 winners the opportunity to receive a free service valued at $2,000 (AUD) each.

2.2. The service provided is the provision of WHS Monitor’s Online Rapid Gap Analysis for a single location only. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

2.3. The total number of winners will not exceed 5.

 

  1. Entry Requirements

3.1. To enter, participants must have scanned their details at the Workplace Health and Safety Show Sydney 2024.

3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3.3. Entries must be received by 5pm October 24th 2024. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.

 

  1. Selection of Winners

4.1. The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

4.2. The draw or selection will take place on 29th October 2024.

4.3. The winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw or selection.

4.4. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

 

  1. Prize Conditions

5.1. The service must be redeemed by 30th November 2024, and it is subject to availability.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3. The winners must agree to participate in any promotional activities related to the giveaway, including but not limited to providing a testimonial or photo for use on the Promoter’s website or social media.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.

6.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury arising from the giveaway or the use of the service provided.

6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to website downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any problems with social media platforms that may affect participation.

7.1. The Promoter will collect and use personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

7.2. Personal information collected as part of the giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners.

7.3. Participants consent to the Promoter using their details for promotional purposes.

 

  1. Disqualification

8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions or provided false information.

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.

9.2. The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

9.3. Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
