30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility: You are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Request for Refund: To request a refund, the User must contact customer support within 30 days of the initial sign up date, which will be the date that the first payment is processed.
Refund Process: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Exclusions: The money-back guarantee cannot be claimed after 30 days or after you commit to the license by selecting to commit from within your account.

The licenses will be immediately on receipt of payment and access to the system is provided immediately.
Support
Help videos and written knowledge base articles are included complimentary with all WHS Monitor subscriptions.
Unlimited technical tickets* are included complimentary with all subscriptions.
Support time is redeemable in 10-minute increments by up to 5 individuals (workers/users/contractors). Support is provided via our online ticketing system. Tickets can be lodged when logged into your WHS Monitor account.
Additional support hours or personalised training sessions can be purchased at an additional cost in 1-hour blocks. Please speak with your account manager to arrange a quotation.
Premium Phone based support is available at an additional cost (per annum). Please speak with your account manager to arrange a quotation.
Support is provided between 8:30am and 5:30pm AEST/AEDT Monday to Friday.
* Technical tickets include – confirmed system bugs, access issues (401/500 webpage errors), other tickets identified by the Arventa team as technical issues.

The importing of historic data records involves a fee for service and is not included in the above, unless specifically listed as a line item. The scope of historic records to be migrated must be reviewed, prior to providing a service fee.

Additional Paid Onboarding
For customers who have purchased additional paid onboarding, a detailed project implementation plan will be provided following the first implementation project meeting, to be conducted within 2 business days of annual license commencement date unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
All agreed on-boarding material must delivered within 14 days from the first implementation project meeting unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Upon completion of all agreed tasks outlined within the implementation checklist, a conclusion survey is immediately sent to the primary contact for approval. It must be finalised within 14 days. If no response is received within this timeframe, the project will be considered accepted and closed.
Early Termination Fee
75% of the amount of the outstanding Fees payable by you to us for the duration of the Initial Subscription Term or Subscription Term.
Offboarding
Arventa assisted offboarding of client data involves a fee for service and is not included in the above.
Payment Terms
We will invoice you on [length] basis for the Services and you must pay the amount in the invoice, using the payment method set out in the invoice within 14 days of the date of the invoice, or as otherwise agreed between the Parties.
Acceptance
This Quote will be subject to, governed by, and will incorporate the Terms and Conditions attached to this Quotation email. Upon acceptance of this Quote, you agree that you are bound by, and must comply with, your obligations under this Quote and the Terms and Conditions.
